Many local organisation have benefitted from this fund in the last year, including the Dobbie Hall. Come and hear more about it on Wednesday 22nd March.
Just a reminder that anyone interested in joining the Dobbie Hall Trust – or just finding out more about it – will be welcome at a meeting in the Dobbie Hall Lounge (upstairs) at 7.30pm on Wednesday, 8th February.
The Dobbie Hall is managed by a trust of local volunteers and we are looking for some new members.
The Trust looks after the running of the Dobbie Hall and the Rotary Hall in terms of finance and fund-raising, letting, maintenance and renovation, managing the caretaking staff and communication with Falkirk Council.
If you would like to learn more about the work of the Dobbie Hall Trust with a view to possibly joining, please come to our meeting on Wednesday 8th February at 7.30pm in the Lounge in the Dobbie Hall (first floor). You will be made very welcome.
Every Wednesday morning there is a Car Boot Sale inside the Dobbie Hall. Come along and buy clothes (including baby clothes), fishing gear, ornaments, jewellery, books, CDs, DVDs, etc.
If you have things to sell you can rent a table for £6.
There is also a great cafe, with filled rolls and teas & coffees.
Give it a try.
The Dobbie Hall and Rotary Hall are one of the central meeting points for the Larbert and Stenhousemuir community. The Halls are an important part of the community’s heritage and are maintained and developed by The Dobbie Hall Trust. The Trust is keen to give the wider community the opportunity to have a say in the future planning of services, activities, and events at the Halls. Therefore, they have commissioned Community Enterprise Ltd. to carry out a community wide consultation in order to inform the way forward and future development of the Halls.
As a part of the consultation we have designed this brief survey to gather your views. We would greatly appreciate if you could spare 5-10 minutes to complete this survey. If you have any questions, please contact Chelsea on 01506 862 227 or at email@example.com
